These Terms govern your access to and use of SketchXFlow (the “Service”), an AI-powered design-to-code studio operated by KriyaX Labs. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service description
SketchXFlow is an AI-powered platform that generates UI designs and exports production-ready code. The Service includes design generation, code export, project management, and related tools. Features and availability may change as we develop the platform.
Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information.
- Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or remain inactive for more than 12 months.
2.1 Sign-in methods
You may sign in with an email and password, or via Google (“Continue with Google”). Both methods sign you into the same SketchXFlow account when you use the same email address. If a Google account's verified email matches an existing SketchXFlow account, the two are linked and you may use either method going forward — we do not create duplicate accounts. If your Google email is not marked verified, we will not link or create the account, to prevent unauthorised access.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account if you use it to sign in. You may revoke SketchXFlow's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions without affecting your SketchXFlow account, provided you have set a password for email-based sign-in.

2.2 Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time. Two paths:
- Self-serve. Sign in, open /account, scroll to Delete account, type your email to confirm, and click delete. The action takes effect within seconds.
- By email. Send a request from the email on your account to support@kriyaxlabs.com. We confirm by reply within 7 days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
When you delete your account we permanently remove the following from our systems and from our cloud storage:
- Your user record (email, name, hashed password, profile picture, linked Google identity).
- Every project you own, along with their pages, plans, screenshots, exports, and backups.
- Every reusable block, comment, form submission, audit, and personal design system associated with your account.
- All generation logs and quality scores tied to your account.
- All active sessions on every device — every authentication cookie and refresh token tied to your account is revoked.
- Your Google sign-in grant, if you used “Continue with Google”. You can also revoke it independently at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Some records are anonymised but retained for legal and tax obligations: payment records, subscription history, and coin-purchase transactions. We strip your name, email, and any other personal identifiers from these records; only the amounts, currencies, dates, and tax fields remain. Retention is typically seven years, after which they are deleted.
Team-shared resources are not deleted: design systems and projects you contributed to that belong to a team you do not solely own remain with the team. Teams you are the only member of are deleted along with your account. If a team has other members, your membership is removed and the team continues to exist under its remaining owner.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. If you want to keep your data but stop using the Service, sign out instead of deleting — your projects stay safe on the Free tier indefinitely.
Plans, coins & billing
3.1 Plan tiers
The Service offers multiple plan tiers (Free, Starter, Pro, Business, Scale), each with a monthly allocation of SketchCoins. SketchCoins are a usage-based credit system that meters AI generation consumption. Plan features and allocations are described on the pricing page and may be updated with reasonable notice.
3.2 Coin packs
You may purchase additional SketchCoin packs as one-time purchases. Purchased coins (“bonus coins”) do not expire and are added on top of your monthly plan allocation. Bonus coins are non-transferable.
3.3 Merchant of Record
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, tax calculation, invoice issuance, and compliance with financial regulations in your jurisdiction.
By making a purchase you also agree to Dodo Payments' Buyer Terms and Privacy Policy.
3.4 Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel any time through the Service or the Dodo Payments customer portal — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
3.5 No refunds
All purchases (subscriptions and coin packs) are final and non-refundable. Unused monthly coin allocations do not roll over.
3.6 Price changes
We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any change affects their next billing cycle.
AI-generated content
4.1 Ownership
You own the designs and code generated through the Service using your prompts and inputs. You may use generated outputs for personal and commercial purposes without restriction, subject to the limitations below.
4.2 No guarantees
AI-generated outputs are provided “as is”. We do not guarantee outputs will be error-free, production-ready without modification, free of security vulnerabilities, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating outputs before production use.
4.3 Similarity
AI models may generate similar outputs for similar prompts across different users. We do not guarantee uniqueness of generated content.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws.
- Attempt to circumvent plan limits, rate limiting, or security measures.
- Generate content that is harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or promotes violence.
- Use automated scripts or bots to access the Service without authorization.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell or redistribute the Service itself (generated outputs are yours to use).
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its interface, algorithms, documentation, branding, and underlying technology, is owned by KriyaX Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand elements.
Data & privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
Service availability
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for losses resulting from interruptions.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KriyaX Labs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KriyaX Labs from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, with or without notice. Sections that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are posted on this page with an updated date; for paid users we provide at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
